CPAT Volunteer Form

* 1. Thank you for your interest in participating in APA's Community Planning Assistance Teams (CPAT) program. Please fill out the requested information as thoroughly as possible as it will help us determine if you are the right candidate for a project. APA membership is preferable and encouraged, but not required to serve on a team. CPAT projects are multi-disciplinary efforts that rely on a range of expertise, so we welcome professionals from a variety of fields that may aid a CPAT's work.

Conscious of the obligation of planners to the public interest, participation in a CPAT provides a unique opportunity to address serious issues affecting communities across the United States and abroad where planning resources and expertise may otherwise not be available.

The information you provide here will be available to APA staff and others involved in selecting team members for specific projects. Should you be considered for a team, you will be contacted to determine your interest and availability for the project.
