Caregiver Technology Survey

Thank you for taking our calls in the recent days.  With WOW’s sudden closure in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it has been our top priority to stay connected to ensure everyone’s health and safety and to help in whatever ways we can.  Your participation and support in our daily outreach activities are vital and help us sustain WOW Programs.  

In our efforts to provide increased communication and meaningful connections, we are in the process of developing ways to offer supports through use of technology.  In recent months, WOW has expanded our technology resources and we want to share those with you.  To do this, we need your help!

We have prepared this survey to see what resources you have available and what resources you may need to get the best experience possible as we move forward with working together remotely.  With this information we will be able to use all available methods to support you and keep building connections to the broader community.
