VIP CENTER EVENTS – VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at a VIP Center event.

The VIP Center for Business Women hosts curated conferences, networking events, and community experiences throughout the year. We welcome applications from artists, authors, service providers, and business owners who desire to connect with and serve our audience.

All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment, quality, and a positive experience for attendees.

Booth fees vary by event.

We prioritize vendors who value professionalism, creativity, and relationship-building.

Ideal Vendors

We welcome applications from vendors offering:

• Fine art, mixed media, sculpture, and creative works
• Art-inspired products and gifts
• Clothing and wearable accessories
• Jewelry, purses, and wearable art
• Handmade or high-quality gift items
• Premium products for women
• Food and edible gifts (proper licensing required)
• Authors with books for sale
• Coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses

Please note: A limited number of direct sales vendors are accepted based on space and fit.

Vendor Participation Options

Once accepted, vendors will be invoiced based on the selected option:

Regular Booth – $79
Includes standard vendor table and setup space.

Spotlight Vendor – $125
Includes enhanced visibility through social media features and on-stage or program recognition (when applicable).

Conference Vendor Opportunities – Pricing varies
Additional options may be available for major conferences. Details provided upon selection.
