SugarCRM Training for Councils Sugar training is coming! Sara Raab (and, schedule and budget permitting, Liz Houston) of ECCLA would like to deliver some in-person SugarCRM training to councils beginning in July. But first, we need your help to plan and schedule these trainings. Just answer a few questions and we hope we'll see you soon!We know that all council staff may not be able to make it to one of these trainings, and that's okay. ECCLA will deliver SugarCRM training and resources in a variety of ways. In addition to in-person trainings, we'll also: Host webinars (for council staff who can't make it to a training) Post video tutorials and recorded webinars (for your not-yet-hired council staff, and anyone who wants to refer back to these trainings later) Create printable guides (for people who like written how-to resources they can put in a binder or keep on their desk). Question Title * 1. Council Name: Question Title * 2. How many council staff, including outside contractors, do you have in the following categories? (Please count each staff person only ONCE, even if they work in more than one of these roles. In that case, just pick one of their roles and count them only in that category. The most important part of your response to this question is the total # of staff in all these roles combined, so please don't double-count anyone!) Coaches QI Navigators / Provider support staff Other council staff who work directly with early childcare providers QI Managers (staff who approve expenses and/or manage other staff who work directly with providers) Finance & accounting staff Your staff totals will help us estimate the total number of people who may require SugarCRM training. We know that many councils may be hiring new staff in the coming months. For now, please just tell us how many staff positions you currently have. Question Title * 3.
