On behalf of the Iowa Council on Brain Injuries, we thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and provide input on our DRAFT State Plan summary. A state plan guides priorities related to brain injury and the council’s work to bring about awareness to others and serve as a source of hope and healing to survivors of brain injury.

This state plan will be four to five years in duration. All answers are anonymous.
