Stakeholder consultation survey

As part of our application for Interim Accreditation in the Museum Standards Programme of Ireland, the Management Committee of the Heritage Centre is devising a Strategic Management Plan for the years 2017 – 2022, which will inform our Annual Action Plans.

Writing a Strategic Management Plan can provide us with an opportunity to take stock of our
position and reflect on our fundamental aspirations and purpose.

In line with best practice, we aim to consult with as many people as possible who have an interest or
stake in the ongoing success of the Centre.

We are asking that you take a few minutes to answer the following questions. Please feel free to add
in any other thoughts in the space provided at the end.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. This information will help us greatly in compiling a meaningful Strategic Management Plan.

Gregg Allen, Chairperson
Thomas MacDonagh Heritage Centre Management Committee.
