SWOP NSW are developing a training program that will directly support stigma reduction, workforce development, and improved service access for sex workers.
This training can also be delivered to the owners and operators of sex service premises or sex service businesses.
This can assist with:
- Council compliance
- Understanding SafeWork guidelines
- Knowing your obligations to The Fair Work Act, Industrial Relations Act, Work Health and Safety Act, and Crimes Act
- Improved health outcomes for your staff
- Creating a welcoming, safe, and happy workplace
We are conducting this survey to gauge what owners and operators of sex service premises and businesses would like to know about their staff (sex workers), and we will use this feedback to inform our training.
