1. Program Overview & Nominee Information

The NCSEA Program Awareness Award recognizes an individual or organization that has developed an innovative and effective approach and strategy to increase public awareness of the child support program or public awareness about how child support enhances the well-being of children and families. Empirical evidence should be provided, if possible, to support the applicant’s case that their program/strategy has had a positive impact on the awareness and use of the child support program. 

To assist the NCSEA awards committee in evaluating nominees, please respond to the following questions. Nominees must also provide the necessary information to substantiate or support your answers to the questions regarding the nomination you are making. THE NOMINATION MUST HAVE ONE ADDITIONAL REFERENCE. Please note: At least one public sector individual (excluding the individual being nominated for the award) must be the nominator or additional references. Supporting materials may be submitted via email to cozzieking@ncsea.org.  

In addition, you must make NCSEA aware if the IV-D director is aware of the award nomination. The winner of this award will be asked to provide material, demonstration, video, etc. for a demonstration table in the Exhibit Hall at the NCSEA Leadership Symposium in Scottsdale, AZ August 6-9, 2017.
