TEXpo is Dunedin's free, collaborative, cross campus showcase of innovative tech research, products and industries in our great city. Hosted simultaneously across two sites - University of Otago Business School and the Otago Polytechnic Hub - on Saturday 25th May, 11am - 3pm. 
 
Complete the registration below to showcase your business and take part as an exhibitor alongside Dunedin's amazing tech companies, and hi-tech innovations produced by staff and students at University of Otago and Otago Polytechnic.

Pack-in details
Exhibitors will need to pack in on the day of the event (May 25th) starting from 9:00 AM. Please allow sufficient time to set up, the event opens to the public at 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. 

Suggested items to bring for your display:
Extension Cords if using power, table cloth, banner, printed materials, business cards, interactive display or activity.

Pack Out Details
Exhibitors may start their pack out procedures from 3:00 PM onwards. Please do not pack out until the event is finished as this can spoil the event for others. Kindly make sure all Otago Polytechnic and University of Otago property such as tables, chairs, display boards, screens, etc. are left tidy on the premises. 

Exhibitors must agree to all terms and conditions as set out below. Failure to comply with the venue health and safety requirements may result in your removal from the site:
