Welcome to Coastal Community Foundation’s Grant Partner Feedback Survey!

We are conducting this survey as part of a broader, ongoing effort to increase transparency, promote equity, and share power with grantee partners. We appreciate your candid feedback as we work to improve our practices and ultimately make the largest impact possible on our community.
