The Cooperative Development Foundation will host a Home Care Worker Cooperative Conference in the Twin Cities in the Fall of 2016.  The two-day conference will bring together home care worker cooperative members, managers, technical assistance providers and steering committees to discuss the economics of home care, organizing, expansion, collaboration, and best practices. The conference is made possible through a USDA Rural Cooperative Development Grant.  Travel and lodging grants will be available for up to two board members and one manager from each rural home care cooperative.  Rural home care board members can receive stipends for attending the conference.  Support for other home care cooperatives may be available.

To assure that the conference meets the needs of the audience, please complete the brief six question survey.  The results of this survey will determine the date and content of the conference.
