Vote of no confidence in HealthShare on rosters

* 1. As we are all aware HealthShare is rolling ahead with its roster reform and we believe we haven’t been listened to and fair consultation has not been done. As such, we have no confidence in Health Share’s ability to safely, and fairly run PTS.
