TRUST 2 Program Registration Form 2021

The TRUST 2 Program is a fun and interactive relationship-building workshop using the Love Notes Curriculum. This program contains 13 lessons completed over 7 weeks.

Youth Ages 13 - 19 located within Sacramento and Placer County are welcome!
- Builds skills and knowledge for healthy and successful relationships.
- It is designed to help young people make wise relationship and sexual choices.
- You do not need to be in a relationship to take this course.
- At the end of the program all participants with an 80% attendance will receive a $50.00 gift card.
