Help Housing Rights shape our services

Accessing our services

Housing Rights is a housing advice charity. Last year we helped to support over 13,000 people with their housing problems through advice and advocacy.

Usually the first point of contact is our free Helpline where people call us for advice. If we think you require further support to address your housing problem, your case is then be referred into our casework team for further support and advocacy.

We want to make sure our services are accessible and meet the needs of people aged 55+. The questions in this survey are designed to help us understand if there's anything we can be doing better.
