Not willing to sweat or push my body. I prefer to sit on the coach and that's what I will probably keep doing even after submitting this.

Sweat a little bit, get my heart rate up a little bit. Maybe push the limits when I feel good.

MY FITNESS GOALS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT & I want to follow the program and push myself as hard as the program asks for. I'm Not afraid to max my heart rate out and test myself and my limits!

Just curious.

Been hearing a lot about crossfit and want to do the beginners course to check it out.

Been Doing my own CrossFit (in my garage, at the Y, at one life...) but looking to get more serious and work with some professional training in a CrossFit certified gym with coaches.

Looking for a healthy, fit, and uplifting community that I can be part of.

I've been doing other fitness classes (orange theory, burn boot camp, one life classes...) that are like CrossFit but looking to step it up.

Been doing CrossFit in a local CrossFit gym and looking around.
