Description:  Awarded to an individual who has contributed to the clinical, academic and professional growth of OTA member(s) via mentorship

(b)  Demonstrated track record of mentorship in advancing the careers of others. May include the OTA Research Mentorship Program, YOTS Mentorship program, or mentorship program(s) at another institution with significant impact on professional development and personal growth of an orthopaedic trauma surgeon.
