Enacted in 2015, New York State Education Law 129-B "Enough is Enough" aims to protect students enrolled at New York State colleges and universities from sexual violence. In order to both continue, strengthen, and expand these critical campus sexual violence prevention efforts in our state, we need your help!
To meet the true need of EIE programs and the campuses they serve, we are asking the state to increase EIE funding to $9.6 million. This increased investment will expand the reach and depth of EIE programs, invest in culturally responsive prevention materials, and allow for enhanced training and technical assistance to EIE programs.
