Thank you for taking the time to complete this online Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) Questionnaire.

This questionnaire will enable us to quickly identify whether your business may have any FBT obligations for the FBT year
"1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019".

Please complete the questionnaire and attach any relevant forms and work papers by Tuesday, 30th April  2019 for a Tuesday 28th May 2019 lodgement deadline.
Prior to completing the questionnaire, please make sure you have reviewed and accounted for all your financial transactions in your accounting software for FBT purposes.
 
Please note:
The following generic terms are used throughout the questionnaire and relate to Benefits provided by "Your Business".
1) The term "Your Business" includes any related party to the business or someone else under an arrangement.
2) The term "Employees or Directors" also refers to their associates (extended family), and any of these people either - past, present or future.
