The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police is aware that several departments in Illinois have a co-responder model in response to mental health, domestic, or behavioral crises. We would like to learn more about how these teams function and collaborate.

Either the head of your agency, another sworn officer, or a social service professional can complete this survey and send it to ILACP. Thank you for taking time to complete this survey.
