Far West Cornwall Participant Questionnaire

Thank you for joining us for the Cornwall Retreat in January 2025! We look forward to seeing you!

In preparation for the retreat, please provide us with some information about yourself to help us understand a bit more about you, about any needs or requirements you may have, and about your overall experience level with ICM, Multiple Exposure, and Creative Photography techniques.

2.Have you read the 'Need to Know' section on the registration page regarding fitness level, equipment, other essential items to bring, travel, what is included, and what is not included?(Required.)
3.Please acknowledge you understand we DO NOT recommend booking any travel arrangements until the decision has been made to run the workshop. This decision will be made no later than 30 September.(Required.)
4.Where are you traveling to Cornwall from?(Required.)
5.What are your travel plans for getting to Cornwall?(Required.)
6.Are you willing to join a WhatsApp, email, or some other group as a way to connect with the other participants, especially those who may be traveling internationally to Cornwall, for the purpose of assisting with logistical needs?(Required.)
7.Are you willing and/or able to ride-share with another participant who may need ground transportation from an airport to Cornwall?(Required.)
8.What is your level of experience with ICM, Multiple Exposure, and Creative Photography techniques in general? Please feel free to provide as much detail as you think might be helpful to us.(Required.)
