Tribal Properties Community Input

The Tribal Council is seeking community input to help inform decision making about the future of some Tribal properties. Please think about priorities, needs, and uses for the following sites.
.Merchant (not the house). This site is approximately 20 acres.
."Merchant House" site. This is approximately three acres of lakefront property at 88925 Merchant Rd. The house has two small bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a guest house and garage on site.
.Former Jim Pete House on Hwy 13 North. This is a three bedroom, two bath house with a deck, ramp, and metal garage in the commercial zone.
.Former Cheers Bar site on County Rd K. This site is approximately 15 acres with one pole barn, a building (needs extreme repairs or demolition), and an old airplane hanger that's not in great shape. This is located outside the tribal boundaries.

.Duplex on Hwy 13 next to Red Cliff Storage. This duplex has a three bedroom apartment on each level and one small attached garage. This property is located within the commercial zone.Duplex
.House on Nuzzo Rd. This is located on the property next to Red Cliff Storage. It is a two bedroom and one bathroom house with an attached garage.Nuzzo House
.Buffalo Bay Store (current site). The Tribal Council has approved the relocation of Buffalo Bay Store to the former Isle Vista Casino site across from Legendary Waters. When the current store is vacated, what are your ideas for it's use.  This is located within the commercial zone. The cabin is currently being leased to LCO University.

.88260 State Highway 13 (Former Living Adventure's Kayak business site) is about 2.5 acres located within the commercial zone. The property has one pole barn building in good shape, one large structure designed to be an office on the lower level and living quarters on the upper level (not unlivable but not in great condition), one medium size building near the lakeside in decent condition, and three small one bedroom cabins (not all in good condition). As part of a recent feasibility study and input for the Commercial Zone Master Plan (adopted in January 2023), this site was identified to expand as a Community Park area with a beach, parking, restrooms, picnic area, etc. Until permanent funding is secured for this long-term idea, the Tribe may be open to short-term ideas.  LA
