COJET "Excellence in Education" Award - NOMINATION FORM

COJET annually recognizes the efforts of outstanding faculty and curriculum developers through several "Excellence in Education" awards. Each award recognizes the recipient for the primary target audience they reach. The awards are presented to recipients by COJET subcommittees: 

1. Committee on Probation Education (COPE): Probation and Detention staff
2. Court Leadership Institute of Arizona (CLIA): Mangers/Leaders
3. Judicial College of Arizona (JCA): Judges 
4. Judicial Staff Education Committee (JSEC): All other Judicial staff

Any judicial employee can nominate an individual or team (from within the court system) demonstrating excellence in the course of a calendar year in the development of curriculum and/or the delivery of training.
