West Waterford Festival of Food 2023 traders application form

This year the 14th annual West Waterford Festival of Food will take place from Friday 14th April to Sunday 16th April 2023 and the committee is currently busy putting together another amazing programme of events.

We are now taking expressions of interest for our markets, which will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April 2023.The highlight of our festival every year, our Sunday Market attracts in excess of 30,000 people to the town. This market incorporates our local Farmer's and Country Markets as well as many more traders. The emphasis is on local and artisan producers, so priority will be given to traders from county Waterford.

Our Quayside Saturday market has grown substantially in recent years, with record numbers in attendance in 2022. We are extending our market to Walton Park for 2023 where we will have a vibrant programme of events on both Saturday and Sunday for all the family.  This will include food demos, Glanbia family fun including a mobile farm, reptile zoo, wobbly circus, The Cool Food School, sensory cooking class, a dog show and children's funfair. The WLR Roadcaster will also broadcast from Walton Park during the weekend and there will be live music and entertainment.

During the application process you can indicate if you prefer to trade at the Saturday market, Sunday market or both.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 24th February 2023.  Offers of pitches will be made during March.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This application form is a registration of interest only and trading at West Waterford Festival of Food is limited and not guaranteed.
