Room Addition/Sunroom/Outbuilding Construction Application

Applications are subject to the CC&Rs within each village and unit, all approvals are solely at the discretion of the Design Review Committee (DRC) and are valid for a maximum of 1 year unless otherwise specified by the DRC. CC&Rs by Village can be found on our website here.

The site address, village, unit, parcel number, and lot number are required to be completed for this application. El Dorado County's GOTNET system contains this information, for directions on how to obtain this information click here.

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, while adhering to the CC&Rs and taking into consideration the harmony and conformity of the neighborhood and the architectural style of the home.
