Answer Cancer Champion Quarterly Impact Survey (January to March 2024)

We want to find out more what impact our Answer Cancer Champions are having on their communities and how they are encouraging cancer screening and helping to save lives!

This survey only has six short questions and will take no more than 3 minutes to complete. Every Champion who completes this survey by the deadline of 2nd April 2024 will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £50 in vouchers!

For these questions we ask that you give a very rough estimate of numbers since the start of January 2024. You don't need to be precise, we are just trying to get a flavour for the work you are doing.

2.In your work as an Answer Cancer Champion, approximately how many people do you think you have spoken to about cancer since the start of January 2024?
This could include signs & symptoms, screening or another related topic.
3.And how many of those people approximately do you think have attended screening, or sought further medical advice as a result?
We appreciate that you may not know this for sure, so please just give your best guess.
