1.How many Enaagamegejik positions should there be on Ogimaakaan (Chief and Council as a whole)? How many Councillors should sit on Council?
2.What should the term length be for Ogimaakaan (Chief and Council as a whole)?
3.Can a candidate run for a position as Enaagamegejik and Ogimaa?   
4.If candidate runs for both positions (Enaagamegejik and Ogimaa) and is successful in both, will they be permitted to hold both positions, or, need to give up one of the positions to the candidate with the next highest amount of votes (ballots)?
5.Does a candidate need to live in the community (ie on-reserve)?   
6.If candidates are not required to live in the community, should there be any limit on the number of candidates who can live off-reserve or on how close to the community they must live?      
7.Can a candidate be an employee of Sagamok Anishnawbek?   
8.If a Enaagameget does not adhere to the Council Manual, a Naagadoobigan, or the Naaknigewin, should there be a section on removal from office?
9.If an Enaagameget is removed from office, how long should they be ineligible for running for office?   
10.What do you think of the Leadership Regulation?  is it a good regulation for our people today that supports the “timeless” law?
