Thank you for your interest in serving on the Pennsylvania Nursing Workforce Coalition (PA-NWC) Nurse Diversity Council (NDC) Student Nurse Subcommittee.

The Prelicensure and Post-Graduate Student Nurse Subcommittees are responsible for designing, planning, and implementing an inclusive, impactful event that promotes professional growth for nursing students at all stages of their education. This work supports PA-NWC’s mission to advance equity, representation, and cultural humility within nursing education and the nursing workforce.

Subcommittee members serve a one-year term (April 2026–April 2027) and collaborate to plan at least one session for the 2026 Student Nurse Professional Development Day.
