Health Standards Organization (HSO) wants your input to enhance the development of the Communication in Minority Language Situations Standard.

We are asking patients and family members, those who would use the standard, as well as individuals and organizations who have expertise in this area for their views on the standard. Anyone who is interested in this topic can respond to the Public Review.
There is one main question about the standard. We are not asking questions about every criteria, but we do welcome your comments on any or all of them. When responding, please keep in mind that the standard has been revised to ensure Canadian relevancy.
Our Public Review is open for 60 days, and closes at midnight on April 11th, 2018.
Ability to Save Answers for Later
You have the capability to stop the survey and come back to complete it later. To do so, ensure you click “Done” at the end of the survey to save your answers. Your answers will then be saved for the next time you navigate to the survey link in the same browser.
