Introduction
Welcome. Contact Design is a global, user research organization that connects qualifying participants with technology companies to help make new products easier and more pleasant to use.
We have been hired to interview individuals, such as yourself, for the purposes of understanding your experience and opinion of a particular service.
We will be conducting 60-minute interviews remotely using an online meeting platform. Each interview will be a one-on-one interview, not a focus group. Compensation for your time will be $150-200 depending on time commitment.
When: October 18-20, 2022
Where: Online via your laptop or desktop computer
What: The session will be a 75-minute individual interview
Compensation: $150-200 depending on time commitment via PayPal or a check by mail as a thank you for your time.
