The Autism Society Affiliates in Wisconsin are considering submitting an application with the Department of Transportation to sponsor an autism specialty license plate. To be approved, we need to be able to maintain 500 plates purchased annually. The purpose of this survey is to gauge interest in the license plate.
The cost of a specialty license plate includes an annual $15 issuance fee, an annual $25 tax-deductible donation, and the regular registration fee. The $25 donation would be distributed among Autism Society affiliates in Wisconsin to provide programs that support individuals with autism and their families.
