Playful Screen Printing Workshop. Level: Beginner
Creating screen prints on paper, using playful techniques of colour layering, monoprinting and simple paper cut stencils. Come away with a good understanding of the process and some experimental prints. The idea of this workshop is to have fun: immerse yourself in the process and the making, and don't worry too much about the final results!

Paper-Cut Stencils: Screen Printing Workshop. Level: Beginner/Intermediate
An exploration into creating screen prints with paper-cut stencils. We will start by planning our print through drawing and pencil colour, create our paper cut stencils, then learn how to screen print with them! You will end up with a small edition of prints, that use 2-3 colour layers. These workshops may be themed, if that appeals, i.e. Creating Paper Cut Screen Prints inspired by the work of Matisse.

Photographic Stencils Screen Printing Workshop. Level: Intermediate
This course would take place at Laurie's studio, with one or two participants. Develop an image into a layered screen print, through the method of photographic stencils, which involves learning how to coat and expose screens. This would be suitable if you want to have a good understanding of the process, produce a limited edition of prints, and get advice on creating your own home set up.

This would be filmed and available to purchase online.

Screen Printing Party for Kids: Age 11+, up to 10 participants. Level: Beginner
The children will create their own screen prints on paper, trying out the simple and playful techniques of colour layering, monoprinting and more! At the end of the session each child will leave with a set of experimental prints created with their own fair hands, including a personalised print of their initial. This will be based at Lady Bay Scout Hut, NG2 5BU, with hire of the space required.
