The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) wants to hear from you! 

Please tell us your story. We want to learn more about the experiences and challenges you have had as an owner/ manager of rental housing, and how the seemingly constant barrage of new laws and regulations such as rent control and other tenant protections might be impacting YOU, your risk as an investor and your income.
 
Don’t let the tenants do all the complaining.  Let us hear your personal stories. Tell us if you have concerns about owning rental property or if you are sorry about investing in rental property. Tell us your worst tenant nightmares.  Tell us how you’ve depended on your rental income for your retirement and how your earnings potential is being restricted to your detriment.  Tell us why you feel rent control and tenant protection regulations such as “just cause” eviction rules harm you and your family. Tell us all about the challenges YOU face as an owner/ manager of rental housing so that we can capture some of the media attention that seemingly only focuses on tenant hardships and soaring rents.
