Working with older tenants - building understanding of ageing in place responses across the community housing sector Survey

CHIA NSW is commencing the development of a toolkit and training strategy to support community housing providers enhance their capabilities to provide housing services to older tenants.

This short survey has been developed to support the toolkit development team to undertake some initial scoping of ideas and issues. It is also an opportunity to identify if your service is interested in participating in more detailed consultation workshop/s and/or be one of the services identified to pilot the toolkit.

Your assistance with completing this survey is greatly appreciated. It should only take 15 minutes to complete.

Undertake a home visit / inspection to explore with the tenant their request to help inform your decision making

Engage with the tenant's aged care provider to seek advice on the need for home modifications
