Please note that we cannot guarantee you will be assigned your top choice in volunteer role at this event. All volunteers with the exception of Day-Of Set Up volunteers are required to check in at 3:30PM on Saturday, May 11th in order to complete a volunteer orientation.
Day-of Set Up: Volunteers will help set up decorations and signage for the Gala.
Registration Volunteer: Volunteers will help sign guests into the event and ensure guests receive the correct nametag
Silent Auction Volunteer: Volunteers with the silent auction will help record winning bid numbers and ensuring everything is running smoothly at the silent auction tables. At the end of the evening, these volunteers will also assist with clearing the silent auction tables or with assisting gala guests check out the items they won at the auction.
Live Auction Volunteer: Volunteers with the live auction will assist the auctioneer in spotting guests bidding for items during the live auction, assisting with the dessert dash, and running winning bid sheets to winners. At the end of the evening, these volunteers will also assist gala guests who won auction items pick up their items.
Raffle Volunteer: Volunteers will work in teams of two to sell raffle tickets to gala guests.
Data Entry Volunteer: Volunteers will help the auction checkout process by ensuring all of the data is entered in a timely manner throughout the event in Greater Giving.
Wine Toss Volunteer: Volunteers will facilitate the wine toss activity and assist guests pick up the wines they won at the end of the evening.
