About Your Business
Craft Alliance – Alliance Métiers d’art is working with marketing consultant Darlene Duggan and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency on an initiative to understand the scope and scale of the people and companies who work in the craft and creative industries in Atlantic Canada. Small and medium sized producers such as yourself are the driving force of economic growth, innovation, employment and self employment. This is why we are taking on this project, so we my influence programs and other forms of assistance to help you grow. One example, is there are special initiatives within government that work with Women, Youth, Aboriginal, and LGBTQ2 artists and producers. We can participate in these and other initiatives if we have the information required to access programs and service to promote and our producers. This is where we need to count you in! Whether you sell to wholesale, retail – professional or hobbyist. We have prepared a survey and have sent it out to various craft councils, guilds and related organizations, so we apologize, if you have received or seen this more than once. We encourage you complete the survey and to also send the survey to other craft producers you know, who would like to participate. We understand that this is very busy time for everyone, the survey should only take you 15 minutes or less to complete. It would be great if you could complete the survey by December 15th. EXTENDED TO JANUARY 14TH, 2019......COUNT YOURSELF IN!
