City-Initiated Development Proposal for 68 Sheppard Avenue West Survey

The City is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 6-storey residential building containing a municipal shelter at 68 Sheppard Avenue West.

While municipal shelter is already permitted on the lands, amendments are required to allow for alternations to existing built form.
