FRP-BC Early Years Wages Survey

Survey Context

We’ve been hearing from our members across the province that paying a living wage is becoming increasingly difficult. In response, FRP-BC is striving to gather a range of insights on this challenge and will be presenting information to the First Call Early Years Roundtable on September 18th. We have compiled a few questions for Executive Directors and Managers regarding wages, the use of wage grids, impacts of funding, and hiring and retention.
