CPA Manitoba Member Recognition Program Survey

CPA Manitoba is looking for your suggestions on potential nominees for the 2023-2024 Member Recognition Program. Please complete this brief survey to assist us in identifying members who are contributing to our profession and community.

Note: providing suggestions does not require you to complete a nomination, however, you are welcome to do so if interested.

1.Do you have any suggestions for Fellow CPA nominees? If yes, please indicate the name(s) of the potential nominee(s).

The title of Fellow CPA, designated by the initials FCPA, formally recognizes those members who have rendered exceptional services to the profession and whose achievements in their careers or the community have earned them distinction and brought honour to the profession.

2.Do you have any suggestions for Lifetime Achievement Award nominees? If yes, please indicate the name(s) of the potential nominee(s).

The CPA Manitoba Lifetime Achievement Award is bestowed to a CPA who has brought honour to the profession by distinction in service to the profession, career or community.

3.Do you have any suggestions for Early Achievement Award nominees? If yes, please indicate the name(s) of the potential nominee(s).

The CPA Manitoba Early Achievement Award is bestowed to members who demonstrate an ongoing commitment and excellence in their professional, community or other volunteer involvement and career achievement within the first ten years of membership.

4.Do you have any suggestions for Distinguished Service Award nominees? If yes, please indicate the name(s) of the potential nominee(s).

The CPA Manitoba Distinguished Service Award is bestowed to members who have made outstanding contributions to community service or to volunteer organizations, served the CPA profession in a distinguished fashion, or contributed to the development of young CPAs through mentorship excellence.
