Learning Objectives:
1) List options for physical and mental fitness inspired by community-based activities.
2) Define critical periods for introduction of fitness as it relates to self-perception of athletic abilities.
3) Understand the basics of yoga and the goals of its use.
4) Participate a sample yoga sequence, and apply a framework upon which to integrate exercises into daily life.
