Maintenance of common areas @ The Lodge, tennis courts, soccer fields, parking/lights, Kuwanmura Park, Emerald Valley's Flores Hall, basketball courts, Ridge Creek Park, 13.5 acre Greenbelt.
Recreation & Events
Connecting GNW residents, 25 events, plan and put on youth basketball, youth spring and fall soccer, swim team, swim lessons.
24/7 security of the GNW amenities and facilities, Recreation amenity membership card verifications, Round the clock routine security vehicle patrols, Resident assistance i.e., out of towns, special watches, alarm activations, vehicle lock outs and jumpstarts, Assist other GNW departments and external agencies (SAPD, N.I.S.D. PD and SAFD), Crime prevention and safety information (GNWatch meetings)
Communicate with and information for the membership, Passages & Passages 2.0, marquees, Facebook, Website, eBlasts, photos, articles, information.
Deed Restriction Violation
Enforcement of recorded deed restrictions for the preservation of property values.
