Note: Outgoing Branch Presidents are required to verify COA membership status of incoming branch leadership prior to completing this form. Officers can renew their dues for the 2025-2026 operational year starting June 4, 2025.

Here is the link to our End-of-Year Wrap-Up Checklist. Please review this to ensure you have completed all necessary wrap-up activities. We recommend starting closeout activities in May, holding elections in late-May/early June, and verifying membership status after June 4. This Annual Branch Updates survey will be due Friday, July 29, 2025.
