3.What do you think of our proposals to introduce new greenery, which will include trees
and planting, to improve the streetscape in and around the site?(Required.)
4.We have worked with Designing Out Crime specialists to ensure the new development
will increase natural surveillance across the site. We also want to provide new CCTV and
brighter lighting, so the proposed public spaces feel safe. Is there anything else we can do
to enhance safety?(Required.)
5.What part of our proposals will benefit the neighbourhood the most (PICK ONE)?
6.Our scheme proposes 143 new build-to-rent homes on this brownfield site, with 35%
available at a discount to market rent for local key workers and young professionals. Do
you support these new homes?(Required.)
7.The proposals include a new Multi-Use Games Area and a separate dedicated children's
play area. How important is it to you that these two facilities are kept separate?(Required.)
8.At the previous consultation, many people asked us to reduce the building height and
use more high-quality, sustainable materials such as brick. In response, we have reduced
the tallest building from 18 to 16 storeys and introduced a high-quality brick façade. Do
you see this as an improvement?
