You agree that you are at least eighteen years of age, and request that Yara North America, Inc., Yara Canada Inc., Yara Belle Plaine Inc., and any company owned wholly or in part by Yara International ASA or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (each, a “Yara Company” and collectively, the “Yara Companies”) contact you via commercial electronic messages (including email and text messages) or physical mailings in order to keep you informed about products, services, promotions, offers, events, and other matters that one or more of the Yara Companies believe may interest you.
