Future 15 Nomination Form 2019

Objective: To recognize 15 area young professionals ages 21-40 that are presently growing and excelling in their respective fields, and will continue to positively influence the growth, prosperity and quality of life in Manitowoc County well into the future (multiple nominations are accepted).

Qualifications: Nominee or nominee's organization/business must have been a member of The Chamber of Manitowoc County or the YP organization throughout 2019. Past Future 15 winners are eligible once every five years.
