About Our Study

Culture is the everyday reality of organizational life. It’s what we do, what we say, the way we behave, the way we treat each other, our products, customers, communities and ourselves.

If culture is a critical driver of growth, what are the important underlying components of a highly effective culture?

We will set out to investigate:

Purpose: The “why” of an organization
People: The talent within an organization
Progress: Innovation and transformation
...and how they influence organizational culture.

To inform our global study, we are looking to C-level business leaders from a diversity of industries and geographies to share their thinking on organizational culture.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes and is completely anonymous.
