What is involved & how will my information be used?
As the beginning of the 2025/26 season creeps closer and closer, we’re continually looking for ways we can improve your experience when you visit Fir Park, and ways we can improve your experience as a fan as a whole.
That’s why we have created a short survey, ranging from travelling to the stadium to club events. We value your feedback and opinion and want to hear them.
The survey answers from everyone who takes part will be used to help inform future plans around fan engagement and also satisfies Scottish Football Authorities requirements on demographic data.
Please answer all the questions as honestly as possible and we will collate and look to take this feedback on board going forward.
How will my information be kept safe?
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
Your survey answers will be kept in password-protected cloud storage [Sharepoint or whatever platform you use to store data works here] which can only be accessed by the team leading this project. Any personally identifying information will be dealt with confidentially according to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
