TCCNHS Advising Survey

This advising survey is designed for you to introduce yourself to your Academic Advisor so he or she may be able to understand your strengths and challenges and outline possibilities and recommendations for your educational plan. Academic Advisors believe that the best choices are made with an understanding of as many of the pertinent facts as possible. Therefore this survey will help you to self-evaluate your strengths, challenges, priorities, and use of time so you can make the best choices possible.

We encourage you to complete all components of the survey, but it is not required. Your Academic Advisor will review the survey and discuss your responses with you either during New Student Registration Day (NSRD) or during a pre-registration appointment during your first semester at the College. If you have questions or concerns, be sure to make a note of them and discuss them with your advisor.
