Dear Victorian Chapter member of the Institute (and members of other Chapters where relevant). We are seeking your feedback on the 2021 Apartment Design Guidelines and the Draft Standards  - which will be existing clauses amended or new clauses added into the Victorian Planning Provisions (VPP) later this year consequent to the new guidelines.

We have provided links to both documents below for convenient reference and to assist you to respond to the questions.

In order to gain members' feedback on the 2021 Apartment Design Guidelines - we would like to know what you identify as positive or negative changes, and any questions you might have. For the Standards, we are similarly seeking your positive or negative perceptions about the proposed changes for each amended or proposed new Clause and any questions you may have. 

We treat you and your responses with the required respect and care for good ethical practice in undertaking any collection of information from individuals. Therefore, important points we wish to highlight are:

1. The purpose of the survey is to provide a robust evidence base for advocacy back to the the Victorian Government about our members' perceptions and questions about the new guidelines and standards.

2. This feedback survey is voluntary.

3. Your feedback is anonymous and analysed data is de-identified when reporting even if you provide identifying details in your comments.

4. As we do not seek your details your responses cannot be identified for removal.
