SIGMA is pleased to announce that preparations are underway for the 3rd SIGMA Women Ambassadors Network Luncheon, taking place during the 2026 Annual Conference, November 10–12, 2026, in Hollywood, FL
The SIGMA Women Ambassadors Network (SWAN) Awards recognize outstanding women in two distinct categories:
-Executive Leader
-Emerging Leader
Eligibility
-Nominees must be women who currently hold or have previously held a position within the fuel industry.
This application must be submitted by August 12, 2026.

Nominees in this category should demonstrate:
Nominees in this category should demonstrate:
-Extensive Leadership Experience – 15 or more years of leadership within the industry.
-Leadership Excellence – Proven leadership capabilities, including strategic vision, strong decision-making, and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
-Industry Impact – Meaningful contributions to the liquid fuels industry through successful projects, initiatives, or innovations that have moved the industry forward.
-Advocacy and Mentorship – A commitment to supporting and mentoring other women in the industry.
-Leadership Excellence – Proven leadership capabilities, including strategic vision, strong decision-making, and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
-Industry Impact – Meaningful contributions to the liquid fuels industry through successful projects, initiatives, or innovations that have moved the industry forward.
-Advocacy and Mentorship – A commitment to supporting and mentoring other women in the industry.
Emerging Leader Award

-Business Impact – Significant contributions to the growth or development of a business, such as a fuel marketer or similar organization.
-Industry Engagement – Active participation in the industry, including involvement in SIGMA events, reflecting a clear commitment to professional growth and engagement.
