Question Title

* 1. The Town has  restrictions on outside storage  when  and where its allowed.  Of the below categories  what  would  you consider inappropriate Outdoor storage  and  thus  should be limited or  NOT allowed.

Question Title

* 2. The Town limits  the amount of garages on a property.  Based on the size of the land parcel,  what number of garages should be the maximum allowed in our normal residential areas without an exception request from the Town.

Question Title

* 3. If  the Town decides to base the garages allowed by maximum square footage and not number,  what  size of a garage for a regular residential parcel would you like to  see.

Question Title

* 4. Like  garages, the Town limits the  number of  accessory buildings on all parcels.  What number of buildings do you feel is an appropriate amount that does not detract from the  look of the property.  Reminder accessory buildings could be  wood sheds, garden sheds, play houses, chicken coops, tool sheds,  etc.....

Question Title

* 5. If  we remove the  number of  accessory  buildings limitations and focus on the maximum  square footage allowed,  what  amount would you  support  as a town code?

Question Title

* 6. Do  you  believe the  minimum lot  sizes in the Town need to  be increased for  future buildings?  This  would be based on what  zoning classification they  are in.  (Currently  the  minimum lot size in the Town is  1 acre.)

Question Title

* 7. The Town has rules determining where multi-family houses (two or  three family homes) can be built.  This is only in certain zoning classification areas.  Currently the Town has a Moratorium against any  multi-family  construction.  Do you agree with this restriction?

Question Title

* 8. What areas of the Zoning code does the Town need to work on  quickly (in the next  12 months)

Question Title

* 9. Please provide this data for  future discussions
